Thomas N. Feher

Mr. Feher, President and Managing Partner of ACT Consultants, Inc. has accumulated 13 years of successful Mergers and Acquisitions experience in addition to his prior 25 years of broad management, production, construction and engineering background. Before his entry into the Mergers & Acquisitions field he sold, after 10 years of ownership and operation, his mid-size, multi-state consulting engineering and testing company. His ownership experience with several successful companies enables Tom to understand and intelligently communicate with Owners of mid-market companies. He is a Professional Engineer; (B.C. Canada) member of IBBA, ASME, and other professional organizations; a graduate of Budapest Technical University in Hungary in mechanical and industrial engineering, with post-graduate degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada; and has lectured at several West Coast Colleges and industrial plants.



Curt Case

Curt Case

Mr. Case is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of ACT Consultants. An original founder of ACT, he rejoined ACT after spending several years as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions with the Geneva Companies in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Case has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, mergers-and-acquisitions and advising middle-market clients in many industries. Prior to beginning his mergers-and-acquisitions career, he acquired, managed and divested businesses as a principal in a private equity group. Mr. Case is a veteran, who served as a Captain in the US Army Signal Corps. He earned his BS degree from Louisiana State University with MBA studies in Finance and Accounting at LSU, Northeastern University, Boston and Seattle University.



Robert L. Hild

Robert L. Hild

Mr. Hild a Principal and Managing Director of ACT Consultants brings over 20 years experience in the private equity sector.  Prior to joining ACT, Mr. Hild co-founded Invest West Capital, LLC a West Coast oriented private equity firm focused on mid market acquisitions.  During his tenure with IWC, he served as CEO of five portfolio companies and conducted over 20 mergers, acquisitions, and sales, representing in aggregate more than $200MM in transaction value. His senior management leadership experience includes light manufacturing, food processing, retail store fixture and durable medical products manufacturing, industrial recycling, critical power, and legal support services. Currently he serves on the board of directors of Critical Power Exchange, Columbia Medical Products, and AXZAS Legal Support Providers, LLC.  Previously, Bob was a senior manager of Corporate Finance for Ernst and Young, providing advisory services to both buyers and sellers of mid market companies. Mr. Hild is a graduate of Brigham Young University's School of Accountancy and an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.



Perry Campbell

Perry Campbell

Dr. Campbell, Principal and Managing Director of the Portland-Vancouver office of ACT Consultants, has 30 years of business experience. He has served as president of five companies including an environmental company, a computer services and system design company, a consulting engineering company, a government contracting and construction company, and a mergers & acquisitions consulting company. Perry has managed the Merger & Acquisition process for both sellers and buyers on transactions involving firms valued at less than $1 million to over $200 million, including chemical labs, engineering, environmental, manufacturing, technology, material testing, waste management and construction firms. His completed transactions involved capital investments of over $700 million. Perry holds B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Pennsylvania State University. He holds the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation granted by the International Business Brokers Association, and the CM&A designation from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.



Grant Henry

Grant Henry

Mr. Henry, a principal of ACT Consultants, brings to Mergers and Acquisitions over 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining ACT Consultants, he enjoyed great success as National Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a computer networking infrastructure company based in New York City. During his three years in that position, he secured over $20M in contracts for the company, while opening several regional branches. Grant has had extensive involvement as well in Advertising Sales on a national basis. Prior to entering the Marketing field in 1992, Mr. Henry owned and operated a construction company in California for seven years. Mr. Henry is a graduate of St. John's College, Santa Fe, NM in Philosophy and Mathematics. Principals’ Backgrounds continued.



Natalie S. Feher

Natalie S. Feher

Ms. Feher, a Principal of ACT Consultants, is a practicing attorney and acts as Branch Manager of the New York office. She advises our Principals and Clients on drafting of Mergers and Acquisitions documents, reviews marketing material, contract documents, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Ms. Feher is fast becoming familiar with the legal processes involved in the Investment Banking field. Ms. Feher has interned at the United Nations, Department of Consumer Affairs and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Natalie received her B.Sc. in Communications and Publishing from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada She is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School in New York and has been admitted to the Bar of N.Y. State.



Diana Altchech

Diana Altchech

Diana Altchech a Principal of ACT Consultants has more than twenty years of experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, project management, and planning, including financial analysis, and business management. She owns Direct Results Advertising, an advertising, sales and marketing outsourcing firm. She worked as In-term VP of Sales and Marketing for Global Security Solutions and AeroMedia. Prior to that, she worked fifteen years for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Magazines as a Senior Advertising Sales Manager. She has experience and enjoys working with many diverse industries, and specializes in new business development. Ms. Altchech is active in her community; she is on the board of Herzl-Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation and the Puget Sound Friends of the LAM Foundation. Ms. Altchech attended the Business School at Cal State Long Beach with emphasis on accounting and economics.



Veronika Feher

Veronika Feher

Ms. Feher, a principal and CFO of ACT Consultants, has many years of business and real estate experience. She has worked as CFO of WesTest, Inc. and as a real estate agent with John L. Scott Company for several years, before joining ACT Consultants. Veronika is our expert and advises our clients and assists our other principals with all real estate related problems, besides working with our clients on business transactions and managing the finances of the Company. She has attended the College of Foreign Trade in Hungary and University of British Columbia in Canada and she is fluent in several languages.



Dennis R. Martin

Dennis R. Martin

Mr. Martin has been successfully representing business owners for 12 years. Dennis’s business career includes 28 years in high-tech industries serving middle and large corporations in management roles. He also founded or participated in a number of startups in Seattle, Washington beginning in the seventies. His years spent in marketing underpin analysis, strategies and creation of marketing materials required to sell a company’s potential to others. Experiences as President or CEO provide insights to pressures of business ownership. His down-to-earth style and dedication to clients allow him to manage the diverse players involved in each transaction. A native of New York City, he has lived in the Puget Sound area since 1964 , when as a soldier, stationed at Fort Lewis. Sports include racket ball, volleyball and sailing. Dennis enjoys his family and travels frequently with them. They enjoy wine, warm spots in the winter and Sunday dinners with the entire family after cheering-on granddaughter at a sport function.



John F. Roney

John F. Roney

Mr. Roney, a Principal of ACT Consultants, has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining ACT, John was a vice president with the Geneva Companies, the nation’s leading middle market M&A firm where he closed transactions up to $120 MM in value. While he has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, Mr. Roney’s focus is software and technology companies and he has had numerous successes in this area. Prior to entering the M&A field, John served as an artillery officer in the US Army. He is currently working in the intelligence field for the US Army Reserve. Mr. Roney earned a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University and a MBA from the University of California, Irvine.



Craig Bleeker

Mr. Bleeker, a principal of ACT Consultants, acquired his merger and acquisition experience in the Development Department of an international Fortune 500 healthcare management company. Additionally Craig has 24 years experience in all facets of financial management in both large and small businesses. He earned his CPA certification with Coopers & Lybrand gaining exposure to many industries as diverse as motion pictures, steel and pharmaceuticals manufacturing, healthcare, and athletic clubs. He has worked as CFO of companies in the cable television, general contracting and healthcare service industries. Craig has acted as a business consultant to a number of entrepreneurs in the Northwest. He has obtained his academic education at UCLA with a degree in economics and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.



Paul Silver

Paul Silver

Mr. Silver, a principal of ACT Consultants, has several successful years working in Mergers and Acquisitions before joining ACT. Mr. Silver started his career in Mergers and Acquisitions after a successful career as an entrepreneur. He started three businesses in the retail, communications and manufacturing industries, ranging in size from $2,000,000 to $20,000,000 in annual sales. He sold all three of his businesses, which created his interest in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has also served as a consultant to several companies in need of his marketing and analytical skills. Mr. Silver is a graduate of California State University with a degree in Political Science. His personal passions include golf and sailing.
